POLICIES & PROCEDURES

BEFORE SESSION
Payment in full is expected before session. Additionally, the participant waiver must be completed. This includes disclosure of health issues.  If individual is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must also review and sign the form. 
 
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 406.647.8140. When a client schedules a session, a block of time is specifically reserved for that client.  Time is valuable for all parties invovled.  A minimum 6-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Should a 6-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
 
Similarly, this policy applies to your instructor. Should a situation arise when we have to cancel or reschedule a session with a client, we will do our best to provide the client with 6-hour notice. If we cannot provide 6-hour notice, we will honor that session from the client’s package of purchased sessions.  
 
LATE POLICY
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their sessions. Trainer is obligated to wait only 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.
 
NO SHOW POLICY
Should a client fail to show up for a scheduled session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions. If a block of sessions have not been purchased, the client will be billed for an individual session at the standard private lesson rate.
 
REFUND POLICY
Sorry, there are no refunds for SwimmerTri sessions. Every attempt will be made to complete all purchased sessions.
